How are discount calculated?

Your discount is calculated from the list price of the product. You will receive our W+A discount plus a personal discount, unless other promotional prices are stored. The personal discount is only valid in our online shop and cannot be transferred to other orders.

Is there a minimum order value?

We ship goods outside of Germany ex works. Shipping costs will be sent to you in the order confirmation.

Which payment methods are there?

You can pay us on account or in advance. The payment method is classified by W+A Wälzlager- und Antriebstechnik GmbH.


How do I add my online order to an existing order?

In the checkout process, you can declare the products from the shopping cart as an accessory pack. You will find a checkbox for ticking the accessory pack order.

Can´t find the item you are looking for?

You need an item that is not listed. No problem, use the request form, which is automatically displayed if the search is unsuccessful. We will process your request and get back to you promptly.

Is it possible to import my order as a CSV file?

You have the option of uploading a CSV file generated from Excel with our item numbers and using it to place an order.

I want to enter my order quickly.

You can use our “Quick order” button to place a quick order. Enter the order number and the desired quantity and the item will be added to the order list. The items are then added to the shopping cart.


Delivery cost

EU/worldwide: All shipments to other European countries or worldwide are calculated ex works. You will receive a separate order confirmation from us with the calculated shipping costs.

Which shipping providers are there?

We currently ship with the shipping service providers UPS and GLS. If you prefer other shipping partners, please indicate this in the ordering process. We will check your request and then get in touch with you.

How long does a delivery take usually?

If the ordered items are available, we need approx. 2 working days for delivery within Germany. We will inform you of the delivery dates for reserved items or goods that are not in stock as well as international shipping after the ordering process. Do you need express delivery? Please click on this option during the ordering process.

Can I make an appointment?

You are welcome to enter special requests in the notes field during the ordering process. We will review these requests and provide you with prompt feedback.

When is the daily shipping deadline?

You can order from us around the clock. If you want same-day shipping of available goods, you should order by 3 p.m.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process or adjust the delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery address for all future deliveries, you can store this in your personal account.

Returns / Complaints

Can I return or change my order?

You can cancel items within 2 days or return them after delivery. The goods must be returned unopened and in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the goods, at least EUR 20.00. The returned consignment is settled by means of a goods credit note.


How can I check the availability of products?

The availability of our goods can be seen in the online shop using the thumb symbol. Items available, green thumb, are usually shipped within 2 business days. Partially reserved items are indicated by a yellow thumb. You can also see the reserved stock and the available quantity. Items that are not in stock are marked with a red thumb. Subject to prior sale. For items whose availability is not guaranteed, we will contact you after the ordering process and inform you of the delivery times, prices, etc.

What types of packaging are there?

We supply products in two different types of packaging: EVP and IVP. By "RRP" we mean individual packaging or retail packaging from the manufacturer. "IVP" packaging is sustainable outer packaging or bulk packaging.
